We're proudly announcing the closing of Uvodo's pre-seed round with a total of $500K investment which was funded by angel investors and co-founders’ re-investment.


Uvodo is founded by Taleh Karimli and Orkhan Hajiyev, serial entrepreneurs who previously founded Nextsale (acquired by AppHub in late 2021).


Uvodo is an easy-to-use eCommerce platform that includes integrated region-specific global payment gateways and built-in conversion & automation tools. Uvodo is an ideal solution for small and medium-sized businesses who sell their products locally or globally.

The pre-seed round is led by MBA Club Investment Network with the participation of angel investors from Khazar Ventures, and re-investment by the co-founders.

Through our work with our previous eCommerce projects, including Nextsale which was a conversion optimization software for eCommerce stores, we were able to see the problems with current eCommerce platforms.


Since the launch of Nextsale, we made it a priority to stay in constant communication with our customers to gain insights into their needs and ensure their satisfaction. We discovered that many business owners faced common pain points with their eCommerce platforms.


These platforms often come with costly transaction fees and commissions, requiring additional payments for third-party apps or plugins for marketing purposes. Additionally, those plugins and apps often come as sluggish or crashing leading to a suboptimal user experience. This in turn, can negatively impact sales performance.
